Brian and Angela Richardson

Brian and Angela are Christian Councellors and seminar speakers. Brian is an ordained Minister with the PAOC and uses his medical, psychological and spiritual training to offer counsel in the in areas of body, soul, and spirit.

Angela who is trained in childcare compliments Brian in their team approach to ministry.

Marty and Blanche Fisher have been Directors of Celebrate Recovery for over 5 years. They have been involved with other recovery programs for 20 year. Their ministry is about helping the broken hearted overcome their hurts, hang ups, and addictions using the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery principles outlined in the Beatitudes.
